I'm just a victim of government corruption in Minnesota that is forced to pay with her health and wealth for the crimes of countless government employees.
These beetles - Asian Ladybugs are covering the ceiling for about about eight months in 2025 and about the same in 2024.
They bite. When they bite it stings like a bee and burns like a mosquito but it sort of spreads and last very long until the point the bruise even my dark skin.
Many nights I wake up and my body, especially my back is covered in bites. I'm up at 3:50 am because notes woke me.
When I'm awake, there's constant RAID and Ortho being sprayed, on top the ammonia vapor that fills the air and bleeds down the walls from standing animal waste in the buildings common areas and units not to mention the fleas, mites and carpet beetles that CHRONICALLY come with their unattended animals.
The chemicals aggravate what is most likely lung cancer literally forced into my body by more criminal corruption in government, that office would be Minnesota Valley Action Council who forced me to remain in a moldy home from fall to winter 2023 without heat or hot water simply racially motivated to refuse to process a Energy Assistance Program application - a Program and application that I filed since the 1990's in Minnesota without any issues until these racist criminals took hold that application (June 2023) and have refused to process every subsequent application as well through 2025. Denial of Qualified applications through the refusal to process one, deleting applications from state system and holding applications that were cancelled the day they were filed in limbo for up to half a year.
I've filed complaints with the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Attorney General and Minnesota Department of Health on their websites and via. email in order to have recipients for myself.
"No response."
I have been EVERY DAY since September 2023 about a month into the mold with nothing but ice cold water and no heat my lungs harder to use each day and for quite sometime more than four symptoms of cancer daily. For about two weeks it's gotten so bad that I'm unable to speak by the time I reach the market about two blocks away because I cannot breathe. It's hard to get to sleep because of the coughing up fluids and I wake up just about daily coughing up fluids.
I cannot verify if it's cancer because ambulance to the local hospital resulted in an illegal discharge where I was unable to walk rather than treat me police were called to carrying me into my home so that doctors at sleepy eye could go home for the night.
I later attended an Allina clinic appointment for smoking cessation medication that I've gotten before several times and it's never required anything but consultation and insurance to pay for it.
This Allina clinic scheduled the appointment billed to medical assistance for the specific smoking cessation medication but when I arrived gave me the third degree about what a black woman is doing in the city and noted that "we don't have any information in our system on you" then demanded I cooperate with testing just to build a file of information on me in their database that DOES connect to the national electronic medical records system where it can never be deleted like a BCA arrest record.
I don't need a profile for health care. It's actually not legal to force me to undergo unrelated testing and treatment just for the purpose of billing insurance for profit and gathering data to learn where they can continue to order unrelated testing and treatment billing insurance for profit to build a case of healthcare that's actually intentionally making me sicker in order to continue billing insurance for profit the longest and while not treating me for what I had walking in or any of what they gave me and creating false records and violating HIPPA all along - and wherever possible prescribing opioids like Vicodin where it's not needed in order to mark my file "drug seeking" over the medications they provided.
At which point I'll be silenced like a criminal the moment I walk into any national hospital or clinic and any symptoms I complain of will be dismissed on the strength of a profile that suggest I'm an addict when I'm not and never have been as if black women don't have enough historical racial barriers to surmount in the medical industry.
If I cry or become agitated over constant sickness or frustration of being attacked in a clinical setting rather than treated with the ethical and thorough practice of medicine I'll be documented as mentally ill. Systematically, that documentation will be weaponized until I'm hospitalized. Nothing more than "systemically tortured" to the point of injury and possibly death all that time as they make and keep me sick.
Making a killing.
I'm not assuming anything. The reason the criminal in that Allina clinic couldn't locate me in her system is because of the incredible, miraculous, genius work I've done to remove myself from her system once I learned every component of the DHS fraud scheme Allina had been injuriously executing against me and most black ppl getting medical insurance coverage from the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) where nobody is verifying need or delivery of service so everybody is taking their cut - also each one of these government agencies, institutions and regulation enforcement such as the offices I listed reporting MVAC to earlier in this article resulting in a 90% racial wealth gap created solely from environment and environment created through crime explained as the Minnesota Paradox by ppl whose privileged allowed them to escape the frontlines of how this paradox is being created and maintained today.
I experienced all of this. That is why I first submitted written request to exercise my federal right to port my then seventeen year good standing housing choice voucher OUT OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE HEALTHCARE after which I endured two years of attacks and refusal to acknowledge a port request was sent and was forced to move out of the apartment in Minnesota where I was being abused, maltreated and neglected by DHS in a state with a racially corrupt medical system that I cannot get clinical or hospital care or leave without moving papers in my hands February 28, 2019. To save my life I chose the latter making me an Internally Displaced Person (IDP) (Minnesota made refugee) my housing documents were never released. This resulted in 1,775 days of brutal, violent, deadly homelessness which wrapped up with the lease signed and moving into the current unit December 5, 2023, weeks before that Allina appointment.
In twenty two years inside the borders of the state of Minnesota and seeking medical care every day with insurance and initial recommendations for treatment the entire time I've mastered access to "one" procedure for my actual diagnosis of Chiari malformation which was not enough with the continuing systematic criminal environment (you know shit like I'm explaining in this article daily) to get me back to work.
Outside the borders of Minnesota, with nothing, knowing no one, knowing nothing about the state, homeless because of my voucher being stolen, I acquired spinal surgery within four months to stop the spinal fluid leak no one in Minnesota had identified, drain the cyst sitting on my nerves in the spine making it impossible to walk that Minnesota never acknowledged and shaving the bone pressing on the spine causing the leak which Minnesota caused by seventeen years of maltreatment, neglect, abuse, fraud and criminality in DHS PMAP and HBCB Services Waiver medical insurance and treatment programs which was reported all along just as you all are able to see me reporting government crimes in real time and see that Minnesota is unresponsive now and NO INVESTIGATION, NO STOP, NO REPAIR, HAS EVER HAPPENED IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR ANY REPORTED CRIME FOR THE LENGTH OF THE TWENTY TWO YEARS SINCE I'VE HAD ADULT ONSET CHIARI MALFORMATION causing me to flee to save my life by accessing medical treatment, resulting in a crime that took another six years of my life and health away (1,775) in homelessness outside of Minnesota because of Minnesota and disconnected me from the healthcare I connected myself to while homeless out of state when a sex traffic ring started stalking me because they were given access to me by Minnesota stealing my housing voucher forcing me back to Minnesota, where I'm in worse living environment and health industry conditions, approaching similar health status because it's been an additional three years of chronic, daily, systematic abuse at the government level of the state of Minnesota and a medical industry where you cannot get medical treatment.
After the surgery acquired in just four months I had countless rounds of surgical ablation treatments - all while literally homeless on the streets not so much as a homeless shelter. From arrival in that state to a year later, I was ambulating close to normal resulting in a 22 pound loss pressure on my spine. I was employed for the first time since full time work in my industry became impossible upon falling sick and I earned a drivers license in that state which MINNESOTA BLOCKED, had they not I could have driven for employment and afforded a home, or had they not tanked my credit making me ineligible for pandemic relief for my LLC, or had they not stolen my voucher. Ultimately the access that Minnesota gave the sex traffickers ended all medical treatment. I was prepping for a spinal implant at the time. All progress I made has been reversed and again I believe I've been given deadly lung cancer.
Four months for restorative medical treatment outside of Minnesota in the worse possible conditions, access to treatment one time in twenty years in comparably the best conditions. Point proven!
That is why this con-woman employed for Allina who refused to give me quit smoking medication in a time where $53 million dollars had been invested in the state to stop smoking particularly menthol cigarettes among black Minnesotan when I'm obese (by forced environmental conditions and stagnation) and my blood pressure was so high it had to be taken three times and still was documented high - pain and chronic stress causes hypertension (again environmentally caused illness) could not find a profile in her system.
And I was not about to assist her in gathering information to do harm or conceal the fraud of billing medical assistance for quit smoking Chantix prescription but refusing to conduct a quit smoking clinical appointment and refusing to write a quit smoking Chantix prescription. Making the appointment a brutal interrogation of why a black woman lives in the city instead, seeking a perception setting tragedy for her file opening in order to prep others to regard me as untrustworthy and uninformed to begin with but all she got is "we've purchased property in the city."
Chantix has been prescribed to me since at least 2003 nothing but the request as ever been required for the prescription to be written.
Complying with testing or treatment I don't need and delaying medical treatment to do so just so this racist and her clinic can profit from scheduled appointments (because it's not care when no care is delivered) is not a price that I need to pay to receive care for the condition I do have. I'm not cash cow or a slave. That woman took a hippocratic oath to regard me as a medical patient she needs to be permanently documented for this conduct if not fired and sued.
When the criminal realized I wasn't going for it and requested the discharge paperwork, she panicked to justify the appointment billing and denial and began typing up all this treatment I should have for my physical condition which I had previously been ambulanced for and had an unsafe discharge as if she were my primary or as if she and I had ever spoken about my physical condition or visit to sleepy eye and buried suggested labs without being specific that she demanded my blood and urine and in additional appointments in order to write a quit smoking prescription. Unheard of and absolutely not. She attempted to pull me back into a system of lies and malicious barriers to health that I nearly escaped.
In documenting these fake instructions she successfully provided documentation of the fraud scheme operating through Minnesota major clinic network especially Allina in which "false information" entered by employees who have not provided any clinical consultation, exam, films, and are totally unrelated to the medical condition they're authoring are restricting black patients care "solely" based on comments in the Electronic Medical Records system by the previous employee. No healthcare involved. As a result black Minnesotans are experiencing poor medical outcomes and dying early.
I specifically forbid Sleepy Eye from sharing medical records due to the likelihood of them being false - and they were. They found the problem and minimized it resulting in ongoing injury. You don't get ambulanced to a hospital for minimal injuries.
If my HIPPA rights weren't violated how would the Allina Health quit smoking doctor even know about Sleepy Eye? After the appointment I recorded Sleepy Eye record department confirming my HIPPA rights were violated and claiming that they'll remove the records from Allina's system an "impossibility" that I didn't argue with because that wasn't the point of catching her in audio recording.
The points were (a) what they enter cannot be removed only a note added (b) medical care is not accessible in Minnesota clinics or hospitals employees are simply delivering medical treatment based on the unverified notes of other employees (c) no patients HIPPA rights are honored; the information is shared - "illegally and maliciously" with the intent to do harm as if a patient who becomes a victim is a "hit on vulnerable fraud target" like a fish on a hook and all the major clinics and hospitals participate in not letting that fish go so they share records without consent.
They're targeting black people especially those with DHS funded medical insurance because those systems are not watching the way privately funded medical insurance companies are watching and would have an issue with a bill for bloodwork and urine for quit smoking medication. All of Minnesota government agencies and institutions are using black bodies like pawns for profit and denying all injuries, damages, traumas and denial of rights like slaves.
Which brings me back to these specific Asian lady bugs crawling over my ceiling causing me to sleep under my blanket like a mosquito net inside this HUD funded apartment because all of the screens are torn or ill fitting. HUD does not allow torn ill fitting windows.
I waited since September 26, 2024 for HUD to inspect this property to intervene on multiple repair needs that make this property a danger to life. Steve Carson city inspector reached out to them prior to the September 26, 2024 recertification appointment with Kellie Roe. We were both told "there is nothing we can do" by Kellie Roe in New Ulm Economic Development Authority the local HUD contracted housing authority.
Dating back to this situation since 2000, HUD has always sent an inspector who has given up to sixty days for the property to make repairs. If it does great, no more danger to life. If it doesn't the rent is abated by the federally contracted housing authority. Abatement by the housing authority is valid reason to support constructive eviction in a court of law. If the landlords failure results in damages the court can order payment and protection during a civil case.
It's iffy even with all that documentation and support when you're black in Minnesota but without it you will almost always be held legally responsible for the landlords actions which you are victim of and required to pay the landlords debts and an unlawful detainer can be put on you for breaking a lease or not paying for damaged property disposal on top of moving cost. If you do pay it you're still unlikely to receive reimbursements, damage deposit or CRP of the rent you paid for tax purposes because these are "slums" made possible by and protected by local government to the job of injury to citizens deemed undesirable simply by renting at slum level or neighborhood. A tenant puts themselves at risk by putting rent in escrow.
So, in part, because New Ulm Economic Development Authority would not intervene September 26, 2024 instead of ending these physical injuries and sleepless nights by November, 2024, I end up enduring an additional 389 days of injurious bites and sleepless nights, paying for my own ineffective treatment, which agitates both my diagnosis or Chiari malformation and what is most likely lung cancer which coughing from the daily chemicals while the property owner, housing authority employees and HUD corporate recieve income for this non-compliant property. Minnesota Paradox. 90% racial wealth gap as of this post.
Now a loss night of sleep here and there is something that happens in life but 389 days of constant physical injury and daily loss of sleep is life changing, health changing abuse.
Now the biannual reinspection TO PROTECT ME the HCV PARTICIPANT was set for October 7, 2025. Over a year after request for compliance inspection by myself and Steve Carson.
New Ulm Economic Development Authority shows up 45 minutes late and I point out the automatic failure of non-functioning fire detectors. In a third attack, captured on video, the NUEDA inspector BECKY is disappointed that I cannot be blamed for the failure of broken fire detectors because they're nonfunctional like I just said - a matter captured on camera with Steve Carson back on November 14, 2024 and articles since September 20, 2024. But it is a failure according to HUD NSPIRE inspection rules. Because I'm black and the owner is white, BECKY proceeds to refuse to conduct the remainder of the inspection to protect the criminal white owner. She falsely states that she cannot check water pressure and there was no pressure because the water was disconnected. That's a second cause for failed inspection and a duty for profitable real estate business to respond to. It's not something for me the disabled victim of these needed repairs participating in HUD HCV because they're on a fix income to be peanilized for. There's no such thing as "rescheduled" do-over inspection.
Failed inspection are to be documented as such and notice is to be sent out for ALL repairs to be completed by a due date.
This is the government fraud and criminality that is killing black Minnesotans long before they make the news for being gunned down by uniformed police.
BECKY and New Ulm Economic Development Authority "hid" property non-compliance and made me pay rent for it.
BECKY and New Ulm Economic Development Authority "refused to complete inspection during inspection appointment" to fraudulently escape a public failure of HUD housing standard against the landlord by not processing an inspection.
This fraud is chronic in county.
MVAC refused to process Energy Assistance application resulting in daily lung illness since fall 2023 which is likely cancer.
The hospital refused to process a sick patient resulting in unsafe discharge and heavily adding to a more than 50 pound weight gain of pressure on a fragile spine because the patient still cannot ambulate functionally.
The clinic refused to process the quit smoking prescription that it billed for adding to increase prolonged hypertension and risk for cancer.
City housing inspection refused require the property meet state and city code before renewing their license despite giving the real estate company an extended 120 day inspection period trapping the victims not only in housing conditions that are a danger to their life but daily brutal sexual harassment retaliation by the property manager and property theft and destruction by real estate company.
NUEDA refused to process a compliance inspection more than a year ago extending all the abuses listed above.
Prior to signing a lease NUEDA attempted to end eligible Housing Choice Voucher by not processing the application of a qualified permanent resident.
It's now October 19, 2025. "A DEADLINE" for the real estate company to complete repairs or face abatement should have been issued for the failed inspection which occurred on camera back on October 7, 2025. But instead no inspection has been officially recorded as having begun - forcing the victim to endure extended injuries from bug bites created by no complaint windows and additional sleepless nights. And that's just the issue of screens.
At what point in this article was law (regulation) enforcement accessible to differentiate my current experience of protection or legal recourse from that of a pre-emancipation slave?
My "ONLY" issue is that I have proven, treatable, Chiari Malformation. At what in this article did I mention the environmental ability to manage Chiari Malformation or recieve clinical treatment and community support for this medical condition which Governor Timothy Walz has proclaimed "serious?"
NO WHERE.
